Which pictures can be uploaded?
Only images may be uploaded to which you have all rights of use. A fire engine should be clearly visible in the center of the picture and no people should be visible on it. The image does not infringe any personal rights or copyrights and does not contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racist, violent or otherwise objectionable content.
Declaration of consent for image use
By uploading the image, you confirm that you own all rights of use and agree that the "Voluntary Fire Department of the City of Schwalbach am Taunus eV" processes, stores and for reporting purposes the image continues to use and/or allows third parties (e.g. print media) to use it beyond the "largest fire brigade quartet in Europe" campaign. The right of use is unlimited in terms of time and space and includes in particular the right to reproduce, edit and publish the photographs for the aforementioned purposes. You also agree that the photos on social media (Facebook and Instagram) may be used.There is no separate remuneration for the granting of the rights of use mentioned here.
Information on data collection
By uploading the picture and transmitting the quartet card values, your personal data will be collected for technical reasons. In detail, the following data can be stored:

Date and time of a retrieval

and, if applicable, the operating system and browser version of your end device
When using this data, we do not draw any conclusions about your person. The information collected is required for the following purposes:

The statistical analysis of anonymous data records remains reserved.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR. The legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. The anonymously collected data of the server log files are always stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.
